Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal organizes matriculation and intermediate exams every year in which thousands of students appear .Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal was administrated by Multan board but due to the increase in population there was a need to separate board thus Sahiwal board was established in July 2012 . Sahiwal board is separated board from Multan board and it has been working for the improvement in examination and studies for a year.
